So I know that it has been FOREVER since I last posted.... so my apologies! Now that school is done for the semester, I actually have time to post. School got done this week and we both passed all of our classes, even though psychology wasn't looking so promising.... but D's equal degrees, right? I am still working two jobs and Alex is getting swamped at his work! We just had Alex's company party last Saturday which is where I learned that I am pretty good at pouring beer (yes I got tips!) and then my company party was the following night. Needless to say, we both had a very fun weekend! We just got all of our Christmas shopping done on Thursday! Thank God! We also got our pictures done at sears (yeah!!!!!) and they turned out very good! I am so excited to pick them up on Tuesday! Alex left for home on Thursday as well, and I am staying in the dorms working lots of hours here in Billings. My room mate came home with Alex and I for Thanksgiving and we had a blast! Billings has been getting pounded with snow, same with Judith Gap, and it has been freezing! (I have pics I will email people later). We are both registered for classes next semester! Anyways, here are a few pics to help you all catch up! (some with Alex and I and some with my roommate and I)

Buried in school work
Yes we are here at school and got past our first set of exams. This last week was very stressful because I was working and studying so I got very little sleep. I got a second job at the Country Cottage in the Mall and I work Monday through Wednesday and then every other Saturday. On the weekends that I am not working there I work back in Harlow still. My hands are very full! I had to drop my pottery class because it was just too much to handle with my schedule being as hectic as it already is! Alex is loving how short the drive is for him to get home to work. Bow season has opened up so I don't see him very often but that is okay since I know he loves it! He says that he has came pretty close to killing a monster bull and a little spike but missed them. He sure does love it though! The only thing that he has killed with his bow so far is a squirrel and a raccoon.... but no elk or deer! Alex ended up with an awesome roommate who is close to his age. They were both very worried that the other one was going to be a young kid who likes to party and when they met it was love at first sight! They are both playing on a club football team here at school. The first game (preseason) was yesterday and none of them can move today! boys will be boys! I have a cute young-en for my roommate who is on the soccer team here and she is awesome! I couldn't have asked for a better roommate! So so far school is off to a good start!

It sure has been a while!
So today I finally got time to catch up and write a blog. It certainly has been a while.... So far this summer we had our orientation in Billings for MSUB. We both got registered for classes in which I am taking 17 credits and Alex I believe is taking 18 and we start school in September. Alex finally talked me into getting a hunting license.... oh dear.... I finally talked Alex into going camping and we had a ball.... except neither one of us slept due to a distant roaring sound that sounded very much like a bear!! The 4th of July was yesterday and we both went up to Great falls to visit one of my friends and then we came back for some good ole fireworks and a bbq. Besides that, work is still going on. My last day at work is August 20th. and Alex is working his little heart out to pay his pick up off. He and his buddy and been up scoping out their next hunting spot since Alex got his bow hunters safety. He couldn't be more excited for hunting season! Me on the other hand...... I think I will cry as soon as I kill a deer! Oh Lord help me! And and I almost forgot.... Billings had a pretty crazy tornado hit that destroyed some businesses as well as the Metra.... surprisingly no one got hurt and my Jason Aldean concert is still happening! Well anyways, here are a few pics to catch up!

The new year is new beginings!
Wow it has been crazy around here.... After the New year began, we went down to Wyoming again to visit my grandparents. It was a very relaxing time and the weather was great and we stayed down there for two days. The day after we got back, I started my job which is at a place called Elk River Systems and they do a lot of ticket printing for concerts, venues, weddings, plays, and so on. We stay pretty busy and today I got overtime because we were so busy.... but hey no complaints! It is in Harlowton, so I have a bit of a commute to work... but at least it is a pretty one! Now I can start paying Alex's parents back for the car they helped me get. Alex went off to school last week and seems to enjoy his classes so far... he is taking 16 credits this semester so he can officially be a junior next year! Pray for him though, he is taking a math class.... his most dreaded subject! He does seem to like his math teacher though which is a good thing. I miss him though :( About a week before Alex went back, a pipe in his condo broke which left quite a bit of water damage. That is still being repaired as we speak though... but Alex is devastated! We have been getting some snow up here. The first storm of 2010 shut down the highway so I got a picture up of all the trucks lined up outside of the house.... but the blizzard put some pretty mean drifts in the Gap. We have had some below freezing temperatures the past few days, followed by more snow, and more snow to come! Joy.... other than that, not much has been happening here. Alex bought me cowboy boots though! I have been wanting a pair for quite some time. I have been working with the horses some, cleaning out the stalls and giving them water and what not which is the sole reason why alex bought me boots! But that is it for now!
